“My discomfort started when I got pregnant. I had back pain and problems with constipation. Have tried some medicine, diet changes but it didn’t really help. I started Bowen treatment with Lucia in my 31st week and I must say it changed my pregnancy experience. The moves were so gentle, relaxed me to the point I didn’t want it to finish and it did help me with both my problems. When my newborn son started to have discharge from his eyes because of the blocked tear duct I called Lucia. She did a few moves above his eyes. The next day his eyes were clear and he never got that discharge again. She also helped me a lot with my diastasis recti which I was left with after the pregnancy.
